Taste of GTA V

On April 29, 2008, one of the most iconic and controversial games, Grand Theft Auto IV, hit the shelves around the world. First day sales exceeded over 3 million copies and nearly doubled by the end of the first week. What is the driving force behind this insane success? Massive free playing map and a mix of first person shooter meets driving simulation. Not to mention the ability to do pretty much whatever the gamer wanted to do without having to worry about legal consequences. However, that was over five years ago and our desire for a new game in the series has us drooling.

Now, on September 17, 2013, the projected release date of GTA V, the gaming community will have a chance to dive back into the criminal world and experience all the excitement and adventure they did over half a decade ago. When GTA V hits the shelves, expect to see much of the same results as we did with GTA 4. However, there will be a few differences between GTA 4 and GTA 5.

Even though the graphics in GTA 4 were pretty good, GTA 5 will knock your socks off. With cleaner, more detailed graphics, and more dynamic background activities, GTA fans will be very pleased.

Character Options

In GTA 4, players were limited to playing as ex-soldier Niko Bellic. However, as the game plays on in GTA 5, players will have the option as playing as three different characters. Each will have their own story line that gamers can play and the actions and decisions made will affect the other two characters.

There were some pretty awesome vehicles to choose from in GTA 4 and GTA 5 will not disappoint. Graphic models depict some hot rides that players will be able to “borrow” throughout the city of Los Santos.

Map Size

The map in GTA 5 will be larger than its predecessor GTA 4. This will allow more free roaming time for fans who love to explore and find all the little surprises games in this genre tend to hide.

As we sit and wipe drool from our mouths over the thought of playing the latest in the GTA series, we can search the vast unending reaches of the World Wide Web to abate our desire to get this game into our systems and search for all the surprises Rockstar North has laid out for us. However, that will only help so much. No matter what you do, you have to get your hands on this game next month.
